Avoid stress - ENJOY success. The more you know about yourself, the more selective you'll be for any decision. This is something I shared last time with you - and today we'll continue our journey. Are you ready?
In the "Secret Contract" you downloaded, you had to define a goal - which goal was it? Did you aim a little higher than you did in the past? The sky is your limit and aligning your talents with what you are doing, will increase your success a lot.
You want to write this goal at the top of your PLAN. This goal will keep you focused and determined to stay on track. At the same time, it will inspire you to create this unique routine as your safety cushion while you are on this path.
Well - this unique routine is not just made of one specific action - it's a beautiful mosaic you are about to create. Take your time. There is no need to rush it.
And again - there is no right and wrong. Better to start and realizing something you don't want than not starting at all. There is no place for perfectionism. We are human beings. Get started and adjust along the way. Your self awareness will grow - every day. And ultimately, this is your goal. Yes - the goal you defined for your contract and the PLAN, both of them are just crutches for you to get to your real goal.
So - after you copied the goal from your "Secret Contract" to your PLAN, complete the contract, put a date on it and sign it. Intentionally. Be commited - what you are aiming for is definetly a top priority on your "To Do-List" and be commited that you want to do everything to accomplish what you are hoping for.

Take the PLAN in front of you, go to the bottom of the page "Action for E"
Before anything else, write down your Top 5 Clifton Strengths Talent Themes. If you already know them by mind, awesome. If not, go to your dashboard on the website "gallupstrengthscenter.com" and copy Talent Theme one to five and write them in the boxes of your PLAN.
